We act for diverse organisations in a variety of ways.The business clients we serve include both intermediaries who advise companies on property-related matters as well as companies themselves. A lot of what we do essentially involves risk assessment when it comes to evaluating the state of land or buildings for sale, acquisition, rental or other. Our job is to apply our sixth sense about property to identify the nature and scope of the problems or opportunities posed by its use – and hence the risks and potential costs or capital gains involved in transactions affecting them.
